Those who attend the ACF (Adventist Christian Fellowship) are a vibrant, fun-loving group of Christians based in the UK, who find joy in their faith and love to be challenged in their thinking.
They meet annually for fellowship and meaningful worship from Friday evening until Sunday lunchtime. A visiting speaker sets the theme for the weekend on Friday evening and this theme is followed during the informal meeting on Sabbath morning, vespers on Sabbath afternoon and a devotional on Sunday morning. Plenty of time is available for fellowship at mealtimes, leisure times and during a walk on Sabbath afternoon. A particular feature has become the Testimony Time after vespers on Sabbath afternoon.
Fun and laughter are in abundance and these are very evident on Saturday evening when simple entertainment in the form of games, crafts or challenges is offered for those who want to join in; others prefer to watch and encourage.
Above all, there is a sense of inclusion and friendship through a shared belief in our Adventist Christian faith. The only qualification for joining us is an open and enquiring mind and the desire to be inspired and challenged from God’s word.
